On the occasion of the XIV edition of Florence Biennale, Dedalo Minosse Cinema flies to Florence for a new stop of its V° edition, in collaboration with Confprofessioni.

On October 19th at 11.30 am at Fortezza Da Basso in Florence, Giorgio Scianca, scientific director of DMCinema, will present "City Carpet. La trama delle città nel cinema", the key theme on which the V° Edition of Dedalo Minosse Cinema revolves.

For more than a century cinema has depicted the cities of the world. Movies are a time machine, a teleportation. City Carpet is a project that strips movies of their private interiors to give space to public exteriors.
The story ends for us at the front door. We are travellers, tourists, who want to get lost in the labyrinth and then find ourselves and tell the story of the journey. It can be done without leaving home, it's a zero kilometer journey.
In the end there is another city "to sing".
